Carrie Hilderbrand

Carrie Hilderbrand is the Human Resources Manager at Sterling Administration, overseeing all aspects of the company’s human resources function. She joined Sterling in 2016 as a Human Resources Coordinator and has served as Human Resources Manager for the past seven years.

With more than 12 years of experience in human resources, Carrie brings expertise across employee relations, talent acquisition, compensation, benefits, compliance, and organizational development. Her broad experience and people-focused approach play an important role in supporting Sterling’s employees, strengthening its workplace culture, and ensuring HR practices continue to evolve alongside the organization.

Carrie holds a degree in Psychology from California State University, East Bay and is a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through HRCI.
