Mike Stastny

Mike Stastny is the Head of Business Development & Sales at Sterling Administration, bringing extensive experience in employee benefits, insurance, and business development. In his role, Mike focuses on strengthening client and industry relationships, identifying new growth opportunities, and expanding Sterling’s presence within the benefits marketplace.

Throughout his career, Mike has developed deep expertise in employee benefits and has earned several respected industry designations, including CLU, ChFC, RHU, REBC, and CASL. His broad industry knowledge and relationship-driven approach enable him to understand the evolving needs of employers, brokers, and benefits professionals and connect them with solutions that support their goals.

Mike is a graduate of Oregon State University and has also been actively involved in industry leadership through the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals.
